Shipping

  • Our furniture is built to order.  

  • Lead time is often 6 weeks.  This is common, but not a guarantee.  Rush ordering is available for an additional fee.  Contact us for details.  

  • Please double check that you have provided an accurate shipping address at checkout. Any packages that are undeliverable or unclaimed and returned to us will require an additional shipping cost to re-send.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of confirmation of your order.  We cannot accept cancellations of rush orders once they have been confirmed. 

Considerations

Measure your space and pathways: Make sure your purchase will fit into your space and also all the areas it will pass through during delivery. To help your delivery go smoothly, please measure ahead of time. If you have any questions about item dimensions, please let us know.

Delivery is curbside: If you will need more help, please let us know in advance.

Challenging delivery locations: Let us know in advance if you live in a challenging delivery location and we will work with you to come up with a solution to avoid delays.

Returns

We want you to thoroughly enjoy your FN purchase. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will take it back for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Orders over $2000 or orders with customizations may not be returned. 

Condition of Product: To receive a full refund, the returned product must arrive at our shop in its original condition within 30 days. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials for any product that you may wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Product: If something arrives damaged or defective, please save all the packaging and let us know within 3 days of receipt. The shipper may request to see the damage and/or packaging. Also, we may request images of the damage for our records. We will make arrangements for a replacement or refund if necessary.
